Levi x Reader Oneshot- Panic

 Levi was doing paperwork, still in his office and you were sleeping peacefully in your room or so you thought. You were in battle outside the walls. You were on the Levi Squad since you were one of the Survey Corps best soldiers. Levi offered you to join for him to keep an eye on you, especially since the two of you were dating. 

     You were both on a mission outside the walls battling the female titan and a few other abnormals. You watched as your fellow cadets and squad members did their best to fight. Most of them had already been killed by the Titans. Then, you spot Levi he's using his gear to go from tree to tree. But, unfortunately his gear stops working in mid air. You try to make it to him to help him before a titan gets to him first, but you're too far away.

     A titan goes to grab Levi, then you realize that Levi had dropped his swords as his gear stopped working. You were zipping through the trees as fast as you could to get to Levi. While zipping through the trees you notice that the rest of the cadets are all laying on the ground covered in blood stains. 

     You were crying, tears rapidly going down your face. Levi yelled at you to run and go back to the safety of the walls. But, you didn't listen to him, you were pstubborn and plus this was Levi. Your boyfriend, the love of your life, you weren't just going to let a titan eat him alive.The next move that the titan made caused you to stop in your tracks.

     You watched as the Titan crushed Levi right in front of you. Your heart busted into a million pieces and tears were still rapidly rolling down your face, now even more. Levi meant almost everything to you, and you just watched him get crushed and eaten by the titan. You blamed yourself that you couldn't get to him in time.

     Your eyes immediately shot open. You we're sweating really bad, your heart was racing, your breathing was way faster than normal, you were having a panic attack. Tears were still flowing down your cheeks from the dream you had just had. You remembered what you had seen happen. 

     You looked over to see if Levi was in the bed and he wasn't. You thought that maybe that dream was real. You got out of bed and went to sit in the corner of your bedroom to calm down. But, no matter how much you tried those images just wouldn't leave your head. You didn't want to go disturb Levi because he was a very busy man, so you just sat in a corner of your room crying.

     Eventually Levi finished his paperwork, and was on his way to your room which he usually came to check on you after he finished, since this had happened once before and he wanted to make sure you would be okay. Sometimes he would even sleep with you all night. He walked down the hall to your room. As he heard crying coming from your room, he picked up his pace hoping that you were okay.

     Everyone had experienced their own losses and terror of Titans before but when it came to the dreams you had, you couldn't control yourself. Levi got to your door and thought about knocking but changed his mind when he heard you say "Levi... I'm Sorry I couldn't save you..." With those words said, he immediately opened the door. 

     He looked for you on the bed but you weren't there, that's when he noticed your shaking figure in the small corner of the room. He rushed over to comfort you. "It's okay, I'm right here everything is okay." He said. Levi pulled you closer and you hugged him tight and buried your crying face into his chest."Do you wanna talk about it?" He asked. "Maybe later." You said.

     You were still shaking and sweating like crazy. Levi noticed that you were practically drenched in sweat, and you were too shaken up by your dream to notice it. "Let's get your clothes changed, you're sweating." He said. You had to have his help since you were shaking and not in a calm enough state.

     Although , this was not the first time he has had to change your clothes. You had battle wounds most of the time that were small, but they still hurts so he had to help you. He was gentle as usual, to most people he looked intimidating but to you, he was the sweetest and most gentlest person with you.

     After he had helped you changed your clothes, he helped you make your way over to your bed and he sat down gently with you in his arms. At this point you were still shaking and crying a little bit. He pulled you closer to his chest and he told you that it was okay.

     You hugged him tightly and sat there crying for a little bit. Eventually your breathing went back to normal, and you were peacefully laying there. Being comforted by your boyfriend ,Levi. He imagined what your dream may have been about, based on the few words you had spoken.

     He was playing with your hair as you were falling asleep. He whispered into your ear, "Ill never leave you, I love you y/n." Then he kissed you on your forehead. With those words you fell into a deep, still in Levi's arms.
