Katsuki Bakugou x Reader Oneshot- Beach Trip

      It was A Friday and you and your friends Deku and Uraraka had invited you on a trip to the beach. But, you didn't know that they had invited Bakugou too. The two of you barely got along at all, so basically the two of you were kind of rivals. But to be honest, you started to have a small crush on him. You liked his hot temper, and you loved to tease him too.

     He didn't know you were coming on the trip either though. But when he found out he wasn't that happy since the two of you were basically rivals and plus you'd be spending a week with him.You and your friends were taking a plane. But luckily Deku sat with Bakugou and Uraraka sat with you, so that the two of you wouldn't fight. But even though you sat apart he would still say stuff and get you mad, just to pick a fight.

    One of the things he said was "I'm surprised you can still fit in those jeans since you ate all of those sweets yesterday". He would say little comments like that to get on your nerves. But once you had enough of it, you almost climbed over the seat clawing at Bakugou almost. But Uraraka pulled you back to sit down, because she knew if you two would have fought on a plane that things would not have ended good. Bakugou just sat there laughing.

     You and Bakugou fought the entire three hour trip there, saying things back and forth. It got very annoying for the rest of the passengers on the plane. People were even telling you to shut up for being too loud. After that you went to the food bar to ignore Bakugou. You ordered [your favorite dessert] and [your favorite drink]. There were so many complaints about you and Bakugou, that you were banned from going on airplanes with Bakugou after that.

                                      —-TIME SKIP—-

You and Uraraka were now in the changing rooms close to the beach. Uraraka had bought you a swimsuit, since you were busy and it was a last minute request for you to go and you didn't have time to pack. You were surprised to see it when she took it out of the bag to give to you. It was green, black, and orange. Resembling Bakugou's hero costume, which Uraraka had a suspicion that you liked Bakugou which is why she bought it. Hoping that the two of you would maybe have some kind of chemistry or a start on the trip.  

"I'm not wearing this!" y/n said.

"Why not?" Uraraka said.

"It looks too much like Bakugou's hero costume!" y/n said.

"Come on~ I know you like him y/n~" Uraraka said.

"I do not ! And there will never be anything between us! We are sworn enemies!" y/n said.

"Mhm sure." Uraraka said.

"For the record, I'm only wearing this because I don't have any other options." y/n said.

     Uraraka smirked. After that the two of you had went down to meet the two boys at a certain part of the beach. Deku was setting up the umbrella and some chairs. Bakugou was not in sight, as far as you could tell at least. Uraraka sat next to Deku, and you went off to explore the empty part of the beach where there were a lot of rocks and barely any people.

     You had seen some small crabs near the rocks. You also had seen some pretty shells along the way of exploring, which you also took a bag to collect some.You were so excited to find a [your favorite kind of shell] shell. You went towards the edge of one of the rocks to get into the water. You dipped your toes in to see if it was cold or not, it was just a bit cold, but you got in anyways.

    A few seconds after you had gotten in from your waist down, you saw a shadow or something moving in the water and it was big. Less than a second later the shadow had grabbed your feet, and pulled you underwater. You started panicking, because you couldn't quite tell what it was. You struggled to get back up to the surface, because the shadow had such a tight grip on your feet. You tried to kick, until it finally let go.   

     After that, you swam to the surface quick in need of air. Once you reached the surface, you were out of breath from being underwater for so long. Then, you had seen the shadow come back up, you started to panic a little bit again and gripped tight onto one of the rocks. Suddenly, someone came out of the water and you heard laughing that sounded similar to Bakugou's. You turned to see that it was in fact Bakugou. 

     You looked at his wet hair and you scanned his chest a little. A little bit of  blush started to appear on your face. "Y/n my eyes are up here y'know." Bakugou said. You glared at him a little. He asked about your swimsuit and if you were trying to match him. You had explained to him that Uraraka had picked it out last minute. He said that it looked good on you, and you started to blush. This was the first time Bakugou had ever given you a nice compliment.

     You thanked him, which he was surprised because usually when the two of you talked you would just yell and argue or even fight. After that the two of you went back to where Deku and Uraraka were sitting.You all took pictures together, well except Bakugou. He didn't want to be in any pictures, or take any. But you grabbed your phone and took a picture of the two of you, when he just so happened to be looking your way. But as usual, in the picture he wasn't smiling.

     After that, the four of you all stayed the rest of the day at the beach. You watched the boats go by, and you saw some dolphins too. Although you and Bakugou had a few small arguments, you had a good time. 

                                       —-TIME SKIP—-

    Once you had arrived at the hotel, you and your friends were going to settle in and order some food from the room service. Uraraka had informed you and Bakugou that the two of you would have to share a room. Deku had said that they booked another room, but the hotel had to refund it because they were having issues with the lights in that room. You and Bakugou were not happy at all about sharing a room. You begged Uraraka if the two of you could share, but she said that she had already paid for her and Deku to be in a room together and a room for you and Bakugou each to have your own.

     Your's got refunded so that meant that you had to share with Bakugou. So,you went into the bathroom and changed into some light purple shorts, and a white t-shirt. While Bakugou put on a black tank top, and some grey sweatpants. Unfortunately, there was only one bed since it was originally just booked for one person. But you offered to sleep on the floor. Bakugou told you no and he insisted that he slept on the floor, you didn't want him to sleep on the floor though. So you both just made an agreement to sleep on separate sides of the bed. You were on the right and he was on the left.

    You managed it and made sure you didn't get too close to Bakugou. You mostly stayed up for the remainder of the night. But, you finally fell asleep near 2 in the morning. Which meant you were probably gonna sleep late for the next day.

                         —-The Next Day—-

     The next day you woke up to see that Bakugou wasn't in the room. You reached for your phone which was on the bedside table. You checked the time and it was near 12:00pm. You messaged Uraraka and Deku to see if they knew where Bakugou was.

They had told you that they didn't know, but they were down at the hotel breakfast in case you wanted to join. You sat up to get out of the bed.

     Seconds later, Bakugou walked through the door with two trays. One had sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, and the other one had [your favorite breakfast]. He handed one of the trays. You replied with a thank you. "Don't mention it." he said. You asked him how did he know what your favorite breakfast was. He told you that Uraraka told him, so he decided to bring you breakfast since you hadn't woke up yet.

    There was a small table in the room, but there were just enough seats for the two of you. You got out of bed and took your tray and plates on it, over to the table. You and Bakugou sat at the table and ate your breakfast. The curtains were open, which lead to a balcony outside. It was the perfect view of the ocean and the beach. It was beautiful. You and Bakugou talked about yours and the others plans for today. "They told me that we each get to pick somewhere to go today." said Bakugou.

    "We're supposed to find out when we meet up with them on the lobby floor after breakfast." he said. "Where do you want to go today?" y/n asked. He replied with "I don't know yet, probably to the pool or something later." "Cool." Y/n said. 

     The two of you finished eating your breakfast. Soon after that the two of you got dressed. You got dressed in the bathroom and he got dressed in the room. You were wearing your [favorite color]tank top that was a little long in the back, and a pair of jean white shorts. Bakugou was wearing a tropical shirt that buttoned up and some khaki shorts. Shortly after the two of you had gotten ready, you both headed down to the lobby floor.

     While the two of you were in the elevator you both started to jokingly pick a fight with each other. But when you reached the main lobby floor, Deku and Uraraka were sitting at a table waiting for you to join them. You and Bakugou walked over to their table and took a seat. They both asked how you slept, you told them that you didn't get much sleep.

    You asked where they were thinking about going today. Uraraka said that she wanted to go to the mall. Deku said that he wanted to go to a new restaurant for lunch. "What about you?" Uraraka asked. "I agree with the mall, I need new clothes anyways since I didn't really get to pack a lot of day clothes." Y/n said. Bakugou still didn't know where he wanted to go yet.

    After Deku and Uraraka had ate, the four of you left the hotel. You had all rented a car for your stay down there.It was your favorite car, a [your favorite car]. You were going to the mall first, to pass time until lunch. The mall at the beach was very big and had a lot more places than a regular mall. Soon enough you were pulling into the parking lot and getting ready to get out of the car.

    After arriving, you planned to split up with groups of you and Uraraka, and Deku and Bakugou. You both went to a store called "The New Fashion" , it had a bunch of dresses and other good looking clothes there. You had seen a very pretty dress, it was white and had lace on top of the silky white fabric. It was also mid-length in the front and a bit longer than that in the back.. Uraraka encouraged you to go try it on, so you did. 

     When you tried it on and showed Uraraka she said that you looked beautiful. She also said that you should buy it. You looked in the mirror at yourself. The dress fit perfectly, not too tight and not too loose, not too long and not too short either. You decided to buy it since it was only $30.00. If you didn't wear it on the vacation you were sure that you could wear it for something back home. After buying the dress, the two of you went to the book store. You had always wanted [your favorite book] so you were wondering if they had it. To your surprise, they actually had it.

    You went to go get Uraraka, which you thought was at the front of the book store.But, you looked and she wasn't around. You left your phone at the hotel room on accident, so there was no way you had of calling her or texting her. You panicked a little because the mall was huge. So you went to go look for her. She was not anywhere that you had looked. You eventually saw Bakugou coming out of the men's bathroom. You ran over to him and asked him if he knew where Uraraka was. He told you that she was with Deku and they had went to go find you. "I thought the two of you were supposed to stay together." He said. You told him that the two of you were in the book store and that you got separated somehow.

    You and Bakugou walked back to where Deku and Uraraka were. When Uraraka saw you, she ran up to you and hugged you. "I was so worried about you!" She said. "Where were you!?" Uraraka said. You told her the same thing you told Bakugou. Uraraka had told you that she thought you had left her until she found Deku and Bakugou. After enough shopping in the mall, the four of you went to the new restaurant for lunch.

     It was a quiet restaurant called Tropical Fish. It had a tank with some fish in it. It had more of the light colors, and a few bright colors. You and your friends sat at a table close to the corner, there were just enough seats for the four of you. Two on the left, and two on the right. Uraraka and Deku sat next to each other, which left you to sit next to Bakugou.

     All of a sudden Bakugou started to get a little heated up or angry as you could say. You didn't know why, but Uraraka and Deku did and they started to smile. You were still confused as they were smiling and Bakugou was frustrated. But, you didn't know that some teenage boys close to your age a few tables away, were talking about you. They said that you looked hot and one would say that you would make a great girlfriend. You eventually asked what was going on. "You should ask Bakugou." Uraraka said.

     You turned to ask Bakugou what was going on. "Bakugou, what's wrong" y/n said. "Nothing nerd.Mind your own business." He said. You were a little bit confused, he usually would yell when he said those types of things. You just looked at Deku and Uraraka in confusion. "Bakugou you should tell her about what just happened." Uraraka said. "No, she doesn't need to know." He said.

     "Then why were you so mad?"Deku asked. "None of your business Deku!" He said. After that the four of you ate your lunch. You got [ Your favorite food] and a [your favorite drink. Lucky for you, they had what you liked. After that, the three of you sat there and made small talk. Luckily you managed not to pick a fight with Bakugou, so that you didn't get kicked out of the restaurant. 

 —-TIME SKIP—-

     It was almost 8:00pm, Bakugou was still unsure about the place he wanted to go. Uraraka informed you that there would be a small party at the main lobby floor. She told you to put on your dress and meet her down there in five minutes. I soon put on the dress, the one that I had bought at the mall.

    After you had put the dress on, you put your white shoes on and headed down to the main lobby floor. Once you had arrived to the big room where the party was, you opened the big doors. It looked beautiful, there were people playing music, a table of food and Desserts. There were also a lot of people there too. You soon spotted Uraraka and Deku, and walked over to them. "Hey Y/n glad you came!"Deku said. "I wasn't really busy so, why not?" Y/n said.

     "Where's Bakugou?" Uraraka asked. "Oh, he went to go get some things, but he'll be back in a few minutes." Deku said. A few minutes later Bakugou walked into the party room. He was wearing a black tuxedo, and had [your favorite flowers] in his hand. He walked over to you and you noticed that he started to blush. He gave you the flowers. "Hey Y/n !Do you wanna dance nerd?" Bakugou said. "Sure." Y/n said.

     Deku and Uraraka smirked. Uraraka knew that the two of you would like each other. "Y-y/n you look beautiful in that dress." Bakugou said. "You look handsome in that tuxedo as well." Y/n said. The two of you danced to many songs together. Then came the slow dance soon after. You and Bakugou danced together for that, it ended and he kissed your cheek.

     Soon after all of the dances were over, you wanted to get some food from the dessert bar. "Don't forget what I said on the plane." Bakugou said. "Shut up!" Y/n said. Bakugou told you to go sit and he would bring you a plate. You did as he said and went to sit down. Soon after, he brought you a plate full of your favorite desserts. 

     Later, after the party was over the two of you went back to the room for bed. It was around 11:00pm. You and Bakugou got into pajamas and got ready for bed. You both laid down for bed. It was a little cold that night. Bakugou knew that you were a little cold too. He started to cuddle up to you and make you warm.

     "Y/n... I love you dumb a**." Bakugou said. You were shocked at these words. But you couldn't hold back your words or your feelings. "I love you too Bakugou." Y/n said. "Well... you wanna be my girlfriend or somethin?" Bakugou said. "Of course!" Y/n said. With that said Bakugou started to run his fingers through your [ hair color] hair, until you fell asleep peacefully.
